THM Faserverbund-Technologie GmbH have committed themselves to meet the strictest criteria as regards safety and reliability of their products. That’s why we continuously perform internal and external quality controls to improve both design and manufacture of our components.

Why do we do that?

The safety of our customers and our products is of top priority.

To obtain the maximum operational safety of carbon components it is strictly necessary to observe the assembly instructions laid down for our products. This will give you much pleasure with our lightweight components.  Constant maintenance and care will make a significant contribution to the safety of the components over many years, even if they are used under the toughest conditions. 

Listening to the feedback from our customers we know which assembly situations and product combinations give rise to questions – even after many years of use. We are of course glad to give you hints for an optimal and safe use, but it will often suffice to have a look at our comprehensive assembly instructions.

Forks are especially safety-related components of a bike. Any improper assembly can involve problems when riding the bike and cause damage to the high-quality carbon products. We recommend to thoroughly check the steer tube at regular intervals for cracks or visible deformation, especially in the clamping area of the stem.
